- Artists may enter up to two (2) artwork entries in both of the competitions 2D or 3D.
- Judging will be based on submitted photos of the artwork.
- 2D Art is considered two-dimensional as a drawing, sketch, or painting. Accepted media include oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, mixed media, gouache, egg tempera, pen and ink, charcoal, colored pencil, scratchboard, markers, and metal point. (No digital art).
- 3D Art is considered to be three-dimensional such as sculpture, ceramic, pottery, clay, glass art, metals, jewelry, wood, fiber, and textile.
Submit your best work by March 31
Get your art supply at your local base. While there, ask the arts and crafts manager for a schedule of upcoming classes. Most Air Force bases offer a variety of classes including Ceramic Painting, Clay Hand Building, Resin Pouring, Stained Glass, Woodworking, Engraving, and Framing.
